Return Policy

  1. Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  2. The items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn.
  3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return.
  4. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to return the item.
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
  6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  7. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.
  8. Exchanges are also available. Please follow the same process as for a return and indicate the item you would like to exchange for.
  9. Sale items are typically eligible for return, but please check the product description for any specific restrictions.
  10. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the return criteria.
